The second Eclipse of this Samvatsar will take place on Thursday, 10th of June, 2021 as a Solar Eclipse. On the day of Jyeshta Amavasya, it seen as a Partial Solar Eclipse at sunset in some areas of Arunachal Pradesh in north-eastern India and in some areas of Jammu and Kashmir and bordering country China. It can also call as Annular Solar Eclipse.
This Solar Eclipse will be visible in most countries of Europe (except Southern Italy, Southern Romania, Serbia, Greece) in North Asia (mostly except China, South China, Nepal), Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, etc.,
Mongolia, Russia, North America (mostly Canada, Eastern America, and the Atlantic Ocean). The annular shape of this eclipse will be visible only in some areas of Canada, Russia and Greenland.
While its partial figure can seen in New York, Washington, London, Toronto and the rest of the countries.
Therefore, people living in those areas should consider the importance of bathing, charity, chanting, penance, rituals etc. Eclipse will not be consider for auspicious functions like sanskars in other areas.
During the restriction period of this eclipse, Lord Bhakti, Ishta Pujan, Chanting of Mantras and Hymns, Tapa, Daan, Tarpan, Hawan, etc., should performed. The fruit of these actions done during the eclipse is eternal fold.
Eating, drinking water, starting a new job, doing good deeds during the eclipse, no auspicious function, nail cutting, sleeping, use of sharp weapons, pleasure salination, etc.,should not done.
While after the eclipse, the work should be started by cleaning the entire house and bathing etc.

इस सम्बतसर का दूसरा ग्रहण सूर्य ग्रहण के रूप में 10 जून 2021 बृहस्पतिवार के दिन घटित होगा। ज्येष्ठ अमावस के दिन पूर्वोत्तर भारत में अरुणाचल प्रदेश के कुछ क्षेत्रों में तथा जम्मू कश्मीर और सीमावर्ती देश चीन के कुछ क्षेत्रों में सूर्यास्त के समय स्वल्पग्रास के रूप में दिखाई देगा । इसे कंकण सूर्य ग्रहण भी कह सकते हैं।
यह सूर्य ग्रहण यूरोप के अधिकतर देश (दक्षिणी इटली, दक्षिणी रोमानिया, सर्बिया, ग्रीसको छोडकर) उत्तरी एशिया (अधिकतर चीन, दक्षिणी चीन, नेपाल को छोडकर) उजबेकिस्तान, कजाकिस्तान, आदि देशों, मंगोलिया, रूस, उत्तरी अमेरिका(अधिकतर कैनेडा, पूर्वी अमेरिका, तथा अटलांटिक महासागर, में दिखाई देगा।
इस ग्रहण की कंकण आकृति केवल कनाडा, रूस और ग्रीन लैण्ड के कुछ क्षेत्रों में दिखाई देगा । जबकि न्यूयार्क, वाशिंगटन, लन्दन, टोरन्टो, तथा शेष देशों में इसकी खण्ड आकृति देखी जा सकेगी।
इस ग्रहण को लेकर ध्यान देने योग्य बात ये है कि इस ग्रहण का प्रभाव भारत में आंशिक रूप में है परन्तु विश्व के उन क्षेत्रों में ग्रहण के प्रभाव का बिचार किया जायेगा। जहां ग्रहण देखा जा सकेगा।
अत: उन क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों को स्नान, दान, जप, तप, अनुष्ठान आदि के महात्म्य का विचार करना चाहिये। अन्य क्षेत्रों में संस्कारादि शुभ कार्यों में ग्रहण का विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।
इस ग्रहण के सूतक के दौरान प्रभु भक्ति, ईष्ट पूजन, जप, तप, दान, तर्पण, हवन आदि कार्य किये जाने चाहिये।ग्रहण के दौरान किये गये इन कार्यों का फ़ल फ़ल अनन्त गुना होता है।
ग्रहण के दौरान भोजन करना, पानी पीना, नया काम शुरु करना, सस्कारादि शुभ कार्य करना, किसी भी तरह के मांगलिक कार्य, नाखून काटना, सोना, धारदार चीजों का इस्तेमाल, भोग विलास आदि नहीं करना चाहिये।
जबकि ग्रहण के बाद घर की साफ़ सफ़ाई और स्नान आदि करके कार्यों की शुरुआत करनी चाहिये।
