Deepawali 2023: Diwali Puja Vidhi

Diwali Puja Vidhi

In the year 2023, Diwali, which is the festival worshiping Goddess Lakshmi, will be celebrated with great enthusiasm on Sunday, the 12th of November. Before Diwali, everyone cleans their homes and decorates them with flowers, colours, and rangoli. Then, a day before or on Diwali day, gather all the puja items to perform proper worship of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha, bringing new idols and conducting the rituals. In addition to Ganesh and Lakshmi, the puja also includes worship of Lord Kubera, Goddess Saraswati, and Goddess Kali. Diwali puja is done to attract wealth, prosperity, and blessings into one’s life.

The most important thing to remember is that you should consult Astrologers to find an auspicious time to perform the puja in your shop or factory (if applicable) as per the Diwali Puja Vidhi given below. There are different muhurats and auspicious timings for home puja and workplace puja. Doing the puja as per Diwali Puja Vidhi will make Lord Ganesh and Goddess Lakshmi pleased and grant their blessings, leading to a fourfold increase in wealth.
