StarsTell Refund Policy

At StarsTell, we aim to provide a positive experience to all our customers. We also understand that there may be instances where our services may not resonate with you. In such cases, we are committed to addressing your concerns and offer refunds in accordance with this policy. Eligible refunds will be as under:

  • If there was a technical issue that prevented your consultation from being fulfilled, we will provide a full refund.
  • If there was a network issue that prevented your consultation from happening, we will provide a full refund.
  • If there were technical issues in the middle of consultations that prevented completion of the consultation, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
  • If the consultation was factually incorrect or involved inappropriate behavior, we may offer a refund if you contact customer support within 1 hour and provide a clear explanation. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-refundable Services:

  • Any service fees associated with your payment method.
  • Monthly or annual subscription services (such as the minutes pack) once the subscription period has begun.
  • Customized or personalized service
  • Items marked as “no return accepted”

Please note that refunds will be processed back to your StarsTell wallet within 2-3 working days after the refund request has been processed and approved.

Please note that all refunds are processed at the discretion of StarsTell. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

StarsTell Returns & Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched. We are committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the StarsTell Online Store. In case you may wish to return your item(s), please ensure that you follow the instructions given below, in order to ensure a hassle-free and speedy refund.

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • If you wish to get the product replaced, please call/e-mail our customer support center @ first to know if the product is covered under return policy. Books, remedies, horoscope, and Yantras can not be returned
  • Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
  • Item(s) should be returned in the original box. The box should not be damaged/ tampered with by sticking label or otherwise writing on it.
  • Sachets/ packets accompanying the box should not be opened/ tampered with.
  • Gems cannot be returned as they come with guarantee/certificate and properly checked before the dispatch, however for any of defect in the stone (if that’s pre-existing before the dispatch), would replace the same within 07 days of the return or replacement policy applicable.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by StarsTell Customer Service team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override "StarsTell's 07 Day Returns Policy."
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from, either through the StarsTell Online Stores or at a StarsTell Authorized Store, can be returned to StarsTell.


There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  1. StarsTell “Talk to an Astrologer” coupons
  2. StarsTell Printed Horoscope
  3. StarsTell Electronic Horoscope
  4. StarsTell Electronic Cards
  5. StarsTell Expired Cards/Partial Used Cards
  6. StarsTell Print Products
  7. Food, plants, flowers, and perishable goods.
  8. Goods marked "as is," "no returns accepted," "all sales final," or with similar language
  9. Goods used or damaged after purchase.
  10. Customized goods received as ordered.
  11. Goods not returned with their original package
  12. Goods not returned within the window time of 07 days .
  13. Goods which cannot be resold due to health considerations.



Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated Goods not returned with their original package immediately.. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you paid with a StarsTell Gift Card, payments will be refunded in the form of a new StarsTell Gift Card within about 10 days. If you are returning an item at an Authorized StarsTell Store, you will receive a new StarsTell Gift Card.
If you paid with a money order, cashier’s check or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a cheque from StarsTell which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 15 days to receive your cheque from the time we receive you return.

Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a StarsTell voucher.
2 If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.

For StarsTell Printed Horoscope, once an order is placed it can't be cancelled. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.

Exchange Policy

Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on StarsTell.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify StarsTell’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The StarsTell Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If StarsTell cancels an order after you have already been billed, StarsTell will refund the billed amount.

Shipping & Delivery

StarsTell uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and Ships time.

Ships Time

The 'Ships' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order. While StarsTell works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, and then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times, or cancellation or refund intimation to you through your registered or provided email and mobile number.

Shipping Methods

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Cart page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep.

  • Guaranteed Standard Shipping → Delivers within 7 business days*
  • Guaranteed 3 Day Shipping → Delivers within 3 business days
  • Guaranteed 3-4 Business Day Shipping → Delivers within 3-4 business days
  • Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers within 1 business day
  • Guaranteed Next Day Shipping, before noon → Delivers before noon the day after the product is available

*Items shipped Standard via Indian Courier Service delivery within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond StarsTell’s control once it leaves our facilities, StarsTell cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Shipping Cost

If your order totals more than Rs. 5000, you'll receive free standard shipping in the India. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Consumers & StarsTell Authorized Partner Only

The StarsTell Store sells and ships products to end-user customers or StarsTell Authorized Partner only. You may not purchase products at the StarsTell Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so. And we’re pretty good at figuring that out . . .

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, StarsTell may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us; we’re building them as fast as we can. StarsTell reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when StarsTell confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, StarsTell will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

How to Return an Item

Ship your item back to StarsTell

To ship your return item(s) to StarsTell, sign in to StarsTell Order Portal with your StarsTell ID and password.

StarsTell you sign in, you will see the items on your most recent order. Locate the item you want to return and click the Return Items link. On the next page, select the item(s) you would like to return and click the Continue button.

Next, verify the return item(s) and the return address on your address label. Once you have verified your return details, affix the address label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. We recommend using the original packaging.

Note: Some StarsTell products purchased on the StarsTell Online Store are ineligible for return to an Authorized StarsTell Retail Store.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do any StarsTell’s products have a different return policy?

Our vendors are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our return policy. However, we have an enormous inventory of products and it can be difficult to monitor all of them all the time. If you find a product with any warranty that conflicts with our return policy, please bring it to our attention so that we can take corrective action.

How are customer inquiries handled?

When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a cancellation or a refund may be processed.

Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.

What about customers who try to abuse the return policy?

Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Customers that violate the terms of use of the product may have their right of return revoked. What is the policy for returns requested within 07 days?
Customers requesting a return within 30 days of purchase may be approved by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.
Vendors requesting a return within 30 days of purchase will have their request reviewed and usually approved by our customer service

What is the policy for returns requested after 07 days?

Customers requesting a return after 30 days will not be processed except special case if any.

Is there any other reason why a sale might be reversed?

StarsTell’s has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and technical support. At times, we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card industry rules, Cash Card industry rules, RBI Guidelines, PayPal terms of service, Indian law, and requests from verified Indian judiciary or law enforcement agents.
